While Something Different has long been recognized as one of New York’s leading party rental suppliers, we’ve made some recent and very dramatic changes. New management…new inventory… and a new, aggressive commitment to exceeding the expectations of the metropolitan area’s caterers, party planners and designers. We’ve updated our look with a new logo and made major investments to guarantee that we will have what our customers want, when they want it, and where they want it.
Some things remain the same, though. Customers still receive the outstanding service and dependability that has always been a Something Different hallmark. And it‘s provided by the same conscientious staff that so many in our industry have come to know and trust…now equipped with state-of-the-art technology to make certain that every delivery is on time and correct to the smallest detail.
We’ve made a conscious commitment to continual innovation in the delivery of our products and services. Yes, we have the broadest selection of seating options in the metropolitan area…70% of it new. But we’re expanding that exponentially through special arrangements that will allow us to provide cushions in any commercially available fabric in only two weeks. And while our standard linen selection is comprehensive, we can set your tables with any fabric under the sun—again, with just a few weeks notice. We’ve equipped our trucks with two-way radios and GPS tracking to make sure we always know the status of every customer’s delivery. And there are more improvements yet to come.
Our philosophy is simple: we will keep investing in what our customers want because we realize that their reputation often rides on what we can supply and how dependably we can provide it.
